Refill Sachets last for 2 years when stored in a dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.

Once you've mixed the refill sachet with water, we recommend using the ready-made cleaning product within 6 months. Keep the bottle at normal room temperature and close the nozzle after use.

Fill the bottle with cold or cool water, drop one Dilute® sachet into the water as is and shake for about 30 seconds.

The sachet dissolves completely in water, so there is no need to open it. Once the substance has mixed, the cleaning agent is ready for use.

Dilute® cleaning products use microbes and enzymes (biotechnology), the activity of which can be affected by water that is too hot.

Therefore, we recommend using cold or cool water to maintain the best possible cleaning performance.

Yes. Kitchen Cleaner can be used, for example, to pre-treat stains on textiles and to remove odors.

Spray the cleaner a few times directly onto the area to be treated and let it work. Odors often disappear quickly, but breaking down stains may require a little more time. If the stain doesn't come off with the first treatment, you can repeat the process.

The microbes and enzymes in biological cleaning help break down dirt and odor-causing agents even from small areas of fibers and surfaces that conventional wiping cannot always reach.

A small amount of sediment is completely normal and does not affect the cleaning performance.

Shake the bottle again before use to ensure the contents are evenly mixed.

Drop one Dilute® sachet into 5 litres of water, mix, and clean the floor as usual with a mop.

No. Dilute® cleaners are designed so that the surface can simply be sprayed and wiped clean.

The biological cleaning action can continue working on the surface even after cleaning, so rinsing is not usually necessary. If the surface's own care instructions require rinsing, always follow them.

Yes. Dilute® refills can also be used in your own reusable spray bottle.

However, we recommend using a Dilute® bottle, as it is sized for the correct amount of water and designed to work with our products as effortlessly as possible.

If you use your own bottle, make sure it is clean and the correct size.

Ready-to-use cleaning product is mostly water, shipped in single-use plastic. Water is heavy, so shipping it means more fuel and a bigger bottle. By removing the water and letting you add it at home, we avoid shipping the water and the single-use bottle that comes with it.

The refill takes up only a fraction of the space of a regular cleaning product bottle, it is easier to transport and store, and a new bottle is not needed with every refill.

Lost packages

At Dilute, we always strive to ensure that your order arrives without fault. If your order goes missing during transit, please contact our customer service at hello@dilute.fi and include your order number and any other relevant information in the message.

Damaged packages

On rare occasions, a package may be damaged during transit. If this happens, please contact us at info@ekoshoptrading.com. In your message, please include the order number and describe the nature of the damage. You may attach photos if necessary. We will process the matter and arrange for a replacement product or a refund for the damaged part of the order as needed.
