Terms of Delivery

General Terms

EkoEkoShop Trading Oy Ltd, Business ID: FI24561988, Address: Tanhuankatu 2, 37100 Nokia, sells products to businesses and adults within the territory of Finland. These terms of delivery apply to orders made in our online store and corresponding deliveries.

These terms are valid as of September 8, 2016. We may unilaterally update the terms of delivery from time to time, so please review them each time before placing an order in our online store.

EkoEkoShop Trading Oy Ltd is not liable for damages caused by force majeure. Force majeure refers to an unforeseeable event or change in circumstances beyond the control of EkoEkoShop Trading Oy Ltd.


Customer and Privacy

EkoEkoShop Trading Oy Ltd welcomes both private and business customers. Transactions comply with applicable Finnish and EU legislation concerning consumer sales, marketing, and advertising. For business customers, the Finnish Commercial Code primarily governs the purchase agreement.

When placing an order, the customer must provide complete contact information. For private customers, this includes at minimum a name, address, phone number, and email address. For business customers, the required details include the contact person’s name, phone number, email address, business ID, postal address, phone number(s), and, if necessary, billing address.

Customer information is stored in EkoEkoShop Trading Oy Ltd's customer database and is used to maintain the customer relationship. Customers can opt-out of their data being used for marketing purposes or request a review of their information by contacting EkoEkoShop Trading Oy Ltd customer service (info@ekoshoptrading.com).

After a purchase, customers may receive a product review request if an email address has been provided. Responding to the review request is voluntary. The request includes only products purchased by the customer. Customer contact information is not publicly displayed in connection with reviews. EkoEkoShop Trading Oy Ltd uses feedback from reviews to improve customer experience, product selection, and services.


Products and Prices

The features and prices of products are presented in the product descriptions in the online store. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs, so please verify the final prices in your shopping cart before confirming your order. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated but do not include shipping unless specified. If there are clear pricing errors, products will not be sold at an obviously lower price if it is reasonable to assume the customer was aware of the error.

EkoEkoShop Trading Oy Ltd reserves the right to limit the sale of products in exceptionally large quantities. Products are not sold for resale without a separate agreement.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the product (e.g., weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method. These costs are automatically added to the total order amount. You can see the applicable shipping costs in your shopping cart before confirming your order.

We aim to process completed orders within five business days during company working hours. A completed order is one in which all products are in stock, reserved for the order, and payment has been accepted.


Ordering and Agreement

You can order products on our website by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming the order, and paying for the cart contents via the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are expected to have read and agreed to the currently valid terms of delivery. By confirming your order, you understand that it is binding and creates an agreement between us, except as otherwise stated regarding the right of withdrawal.


Payment Service Provider

The payment processing service and provider is Shopify Payments (Stripe) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.

Shopify Payments supports common payment methods, such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards, as well as Apple Pay.

Our online store uses the Klarna Checkout payment system.

With Klarna Checkout, you can shop online easily, flexibly, and securely. By answering a couple of simple questions, you can conveniently verify your identity and choose the payment method that suits you best.

Your available options include invoice, installment payment, online banking, and credit cards – all equally secure! By using Klarna Checkout, you accept the terms of Klarna Bank AB (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 11134 Stockholm), which you can find at checkout.

Paytrail Oyj serves as the payment intermediary and service provider in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions and is an authorized payment Institution. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement and forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Order and Payment Confirmation

After a successful order, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address. The confirmation also includes the payment method used. If we cannot confirm your order due to unforeseen reasons, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
