Refund policy
You have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your product to make a return request.
Return Conditions: The product must be in the same condition as received – unused and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. The product package must be unopened.

If the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping form and instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note that items sent without an approved return request cannot be processed.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about the return eligibility of an item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired product is to return the original product and place a new order for the desired item once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For orders delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without explanation. The product must be in the same condition as received – unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
