How long will the prepared cleaning solution last?
The ready-to-use solution will last up to 6 months. If you notice any changes in the product, smell or texture over time, we recommend emptying the bottle, rinsing it thoroughly and preparing a new solution.
Please note that if the cleaner has not been used for a long time, a slight sediment may form at the bottom of the bottle – this is completely normal. Shake the bottle well before use.
Why are fragrances added to the cleaning agent?
Most consumers want a mild, fresh scent in their cleaning products. That's why our products use light, neutral scents that are suitable for most users.

Are there fragrance-free alternatives to Dilute® cleaners?
Yes, there is. Unscented cleaning agent is available for the kitchen.

How does the Refill concept work?
Mix one sachet with cold water in a reusable bottle. Shake and the cleaner is ready to use. This saves on plastic and transportation costs.
Can the product be used on all bathroom surfaces?
Yes. The cleaner is suitable for all bathroom surfaces, such as sinks, faucets, mirrors, shower walls, tiles, floors, toilet seats, joints, stone surfaces and also porous materials, such as sauna benches and natural stone. The product can also be used as an odor remover for indoor air.
In uncertain situations, we recommend testing the product on a small, inconspicuous area first before using it on a larger area.
How long does one sachet last?
One sachet of detergent is enough to fill a 650 ml bottle. The finished solution will last for several weeks with normal use.
Where are Dilute® cleaners made?
Dilute® products are manufactured in Europe (England, Finland and Italy).
