That's why our cleaning agents combine plant-based ingredients with biotechnology. Microbes and enzymes effectively break down dirt, grease, and odors, so you don't have to compromise on cleaning power for a better formula.

Prevents limescale
Limescale can be removed, but it often reappears on surfaces surprisingly quickly (and that's perhaps the hardest part, KEEPING it away).
Our Bathroom Cleaner removes limescale, soap scum, and water stains, and with regular use, its biological composition prevents limescale deposits from reattaching.
So, the more regularly you use it, the less chance limescale has to accumulate on surfaces.
Refillable
A typical cleaning product bottle mostly transports water, and when the product runs out, the bottle often goes with it.
We did things differently. Our refill contains what is actually needed for a cleaning product, and you add the water yourself. The small, pre-dosed refill dissolves in water, and the same bottle can be refilled again and again.
Refills take up only a fraction of the space of ready-made bottles, making them easier to transport and store.

It is suitable for shower glass, tiles, faucets, mirrors, bathtubs, porcelain, and other water-resistant bathroom surfaces. It can also be used for cleaning saunas!
Does it remove limescale?
Yes. It is designed to remove limescale, soap scum, and water stains from bathroom surfaces.
With regular use, it also helps to prevent limescale deposits from re-adhering, making it harder for limescale to build up on surfaces.
What does bathroom cleaner smell like?
The bathroom cleaner has a fresh Linen scent.
The scent lightly lingers in the room after cleaning, but the intention is not to mask odors with a strong fragrance.
The product's biological composition also helps break down odor-causing agents.
Is bathroom cleaner safe to use during pregnancy?
Yes, it can be used normally during pregnancy as well, when the product is used according to the instructions.
Does Bathroom Cleaner remove odors?
Yes. The biological composition helps eliminate the sources of odors, such as organic dirt and residues, instead of just masking the smell with a fragrance.
Is it suitable for black taps and other delicate-looking surfaces?
Yes. It can also be used on black taps and other water-resistant bathroom surfaces.
If the surface is particularly delicate or you are unsure about the material, test the product first on a small, inconspicuous area.

Is the Bathroom Cleaner biodegradable?
Yes. The bathroom cleaner's formula is biodegradable.
Can Bathroom Cleaner be used on shower glass and mirrors?
Yes. The bathroom cleaner is also suitable for cleaning glass surfaces and mirrors and dries without streaks when used sparingly.
Ideally, spray a small amount onto a cloth, wipe the surface, and if necessary, finish with a dry cloth.
Do I need to open the refill sachet?
No. Place the entire refill sachet into the bottle as is and add cold water. The sachet will fully dissolve, so there's no need to open or pour anything separately.
Why is cold water used?
This is because the biological composition cannot withstand hot water. Water that is too hot can destroy the product's enzymes and microbes, thereby compromising their cleaning power.
How often should the product be used to prevent limescale?
Regular use helps prevent limescale from re-adhering to surfaces. There is no precise usage interval to follow; the product can be used as part of your regular bathroom cleaning routine.
The less limescale accumulates on the surface between cleanings, the easier it is to keep it away.
Should the surface be rinsed after use?
Separate rinsing is usually not required for general surface cleaning. Spray a small amount of the product and wipe the surface clean.
How long does the prepared cleaning solution last?
The ready-to-use cleaning solution will last for approximately six months when stored at room temperature or in a cool place. Water quality and purity can also affect its shelf life. The sachet refills will keep for 2 years when stored correctly.
If you notice changes in color, scent, or consistency over time, empty the bottle, rinse it thoroughly, and prepare a new batch.
If the solution remains unused for a long time, a small amount of sediment may form at the bottom of the bottle. This is normal. Shake the bottle before use to re-mix the solution.
How do I keep the spray nozzle working?
Always rinse the spray head thoroughly when refilling the bottle and wipe the nozzle with a damp cloth occasionally. This prevents cleaning solution from accumulating in the nozzle.
If the spray starts to perform poorly, rinse the spray head with warm water and gently clean the nozzle opening.
The spray head is a consumable part of the bottle, so it may need to be replaced over time. New spray heads are available from us as spare parts, so you don't have to replace the entire bottle. If the spray head is defective, we will replace it with a new one.
Can I use my own spray bottle?
You can, as long as the bottle is the correct size. One refill pouch is designed for 650 ml of ready-to-use cleaning solution, so the correct amount of water is important to ensure the solution is of appropriate strength.
Why is Dilute® a powder?
Ready-to-use cleaning products are mostly water, which is transported from one place to another in a disposable bottle. Water makes the product heavier and takes up more space in transport.
We left out the water and let you add it yourself at home. This way, we don't have to transport water or a new bottle for each refill, and a small, plastic-free refill takes up only a fraction of the space of a regular cleaning product bottle.
Is Dilute® safe for homes with children and pets?
Yes, when the products are used according to the instructions for use.
Like all cleaning agents, Dilute should be kept out of the reach of children and pets.
Is Dilute® vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Dilute cleaning products are 100% vegan and are not tested on animals!!
We also only work with partners who share the same values.
What is the difference between biological and traditional detergents?
Traditional cleaning products quickly remove dirt with chemical ingredients, but their cleaning effect ends when the surface is wiped or rinsed.
In biological cleaning agents, such as Dilute® products, microbes and enzymes help break down organic dirt, grease, and odors, even in places that ordinary wiping cannot always reach. They continue their work on the surface even after cleaning.
Dilute® combines biological cleaning power with plant-based and biodegradable formulations. The result is professional-level cleaning power that is safe to use at home.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
We pack orders as quickly as possible so that they can be dispatched without unnecessary delays.

Diluten tuotteet on olleet ihan mahtavia. Kätevät pussit, uudelleentäytettävät pullot ja hyvä tunne siitä, että vähennän muovijätettä ilman että laatu kärsii. Näiden avulla Ei tarvitse enää tinkiä tehokkuudesta ja ekologisuudesta. Siivouskaappi pysyy järjestyksessä (vihdoin :D). Koti tuntuu raikkaalta ja huolitellulta. Love it.😍

Alkuhankaluuksien jälkeen ihan mahtava tuote, suihkun pesu todella hyvä tuote, kalkki ja saippua jämät saa kyytiä, toki jos on kymmenen vuoden edestä kalkkia kertynyt niin ei se sitä poista ainakaan ensimmäisellä kertaa mutta eipä sitä poista mikään ilman harjaa tai jotain muuta mekaanista apuvälinettä.
