With this package, you get three different refill packs – for all-purpose cleaning, kitchen, and bathroom – and each refill pack contains five sachets. The sachets are designed to be easily dissolved in water and are suitable for most bottles with a volume of 650-700 ml.

Instructions

1. Fill reusable bottle with water.
2. Open the refill pack and add 1 sachet (whole, do not open) into the bottle.
3. Close the bottle and shake thoroughly until the substance dissolves completely.
4. Use the prepared cleaning solution as usual: spray onto surfaces and wipe away.
5. Keep the bottle tightly closed and ensure you only use refill packs in clean bottles.

How long does the prepared cleaning solution last?

The ready-to-use solution lasts for up to 2 years.

If you notice changes in the product’s scent, color, or consistency over time, we recommend emptying the bottle, rinsing it thoroughly, and preparing a new solution. Please note that if the product has been left unused for a long time, a small amount of sediment may form at the bottom of the bottle – this is completely normal. Just shake the bottle well before use.

Why are fragrances added to the cleaning products?

Most consumers prefer a mild and fresh scent in their cleaning products. That’s why we use light and neutral fragrances that are suitable for the majority of users. We also offer completely fragrance-free options – you can explore all our products on our website.

Dilute® cleaning products are developed for professional use, with cleaning power based on biotechnology — specifically microbes and enzymes that break down dirt naturally and effectively. These biological cleaners are generally suitable for a wide variety of surfaces and are especially effective at removing grease, food residues, soap scum, and other organic dirt.

The products are well-suited for many hard surfaces, including:

  • Kitchen and bathroom countertops
  • Tiles and tile grout
  • Stainless steel
  • Laminate, glass, and most plastic surfaces

If you're unsure about a surface, we recommend testing the product first on a small, inconspicuous area before wider use.

Dilute® cleaning products are currently manufactured in the UK, as we have not yet found a production partner in Finland that meets our requirements. However, we are actively seeking a domestic alternative with the goal of moving production to Finland in the future.
